  • HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE MY DOG IS?

Please refer to the sizing guide that is listed here, as well as in the description of each item. In order to get the best fit, we ask you to measure your dog around the neck loosely with a measuring tape or a piece of string (that you then can measure with a ruler). If, for example, you do so and your dog’s neck is 17” around, you will want to order a size medium. When in doubt, we suggest ordering a size up. You can always roll the bandana down a bit more at the top to make it the right size.

SIZING GUIDE

Please measure around your dog's neck to ensure a perfect fit. 
XXS - 14”, for necks up to 7”
XS - 17", for necks up to 10"
S - 20", for necks up to 13"
M - 24", for necks up to 17"
L - 28", for necks up to 21"
XL - 31", for necks up to 24"

Size lengths refer to the length of the top of the bandana, the part that will wrap around the neck. If your dog requires a larger bandana, please message us and we can do our best to accommodate your request.

  • MY DOG IS A PUPPY, WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

This can be a tough one, but really it depends on if you want the bandana to last them into adulthood. If so, size up from what the measurement indicates. Again, you can always roll the bandana a bit more to make it not so long. You’ll have to guess what size would fit your dog fully grown, though. General neck size information can be found through a quick Google search if you’re not sure.

  • WHY IS MY FLANNEL BANDANA BIGGER THAN MY OTHER BANDANAS OF THE SAME SIZE?

Cotton flannel is a thicker fabric than the plain cotton that we also use, and due to its thickness, it can be more difficult to tie. We try to make our flannel bandanas a little bit bigger than the cotton ones so that they are easier to tie on your dog.

  • WHY IS MY BANDANA BIGGER THAN THE LENGTH STATED?

All lengths are approximate. Due to the handmade nature of the items, they will vary in length slightly. We will never send you a bandana smaller than the one you ordered.

  • MY PACKAGE GOT SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?

Please double-check the shipping address you are using before you checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the item goes to the wrong address, it is likely it will be returned to us. If we receive it back, you will have to pay for a new shipping label to get it resent to you. We are not responsible for any packages that get sent back to us due to an incorrect address, but we will contact you if it happens and work to resolve the issue.

  • HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

As all items are made to order, this can vary. However, we will keep this answer updated with the current turnaround time. Current production time is within 1-3 days. This means your order should ship within 1-3 days.

  • I NEED MY ORDER FAST! HOW CAN I GET IT EXPEDITED?

We totally understand you needing your order ASAP. Due to the items being handmade to order, they are often not available to ship immediately, and your order will be at the end of the production list. However, if you need your order ASAP, you can purchase the listing called “Rush My Order,” found in the shop section “Services” and that will put you at the top of the list. In doing so, we will guarantee that your order will be shipped within 36 hours of ordering. You may also choose expedited shipping as well in order to ensure the speediest of deliveries.
